Every WittyMerch shirt is printed to order just for you by our print-and-fulfillment partner, Fourthwall. Here’s how shipping and returns work.

Shipping

• Made to order: your shirt is printed after you order, usually within a few business days.
• Delivery time: most US orders arrive within 5–11 days of being placed.
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on your address and order before you pay.
• Tracking: you’ll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

Because each shirt is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a size or color you selected. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn’t the item or size you ordered, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. There’s no cost to you.

• Report the problem within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue (for a wrong size, a photo of the size label).
• Don’t send anything back until we reply, because we’ll tell you whether a return is needed and where it should go.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than a week, or your package says delivered but never arrived, contact us and we’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement.
